Projects of the KNK

The heterogenous composition of its network affords the KNK unique opportunities for engagement and action. Thanks to its pioneering projects and academic events, the KNK has gained a reputation for being one of Germany’s most important cultural-political actors. Its activities benefit cultural organisations, policymakers and the business sector in Germany and abroad. Its goal is to actively promote awareness for art and culture with a variety of approaches. Through the mutual exchange between its member institutions, the KNK raises awareness of socially relevant museum- and cultural-political issues and works toward instituting joint future-oriented solutions.
