Spokespersons of the KNK
Tobias Pfeifer-Helke, born in 1971, is an art historian. His areas of research include the history of European art cabinets, painting of the 18th and 19th century, graphic art history, the Age of Enlightenment, and the relationship of art and science. He was curator at the Schwerin State Museum and has worked at the Dresden State Art Collections and the Hamburg Kunsthalle. He has served as director of the Friedenstein Stiftung Gotha since 2019.
Stefan Körner, born in 1978, studied art history and journalism. He worked as a research associate at the Liechtenstein. The Princely Collections of Vienna-Vaduz, curator of the Prince Esterházy Collections in Austria, and expert at the Grisebach Auction House in Berlin. He serves on numerous committees, e.g. the Association of German Castles and Gardens and the Cornelsen Cultural Foundation. Since 2020, he has served as chairman of the Prince-Pückler-Museum Park and Palace Branitz Foundation, which oversees the management of its collections, building projects and historic garden conservation efforts.
