Strategy project to modernise the Conference of National Cultural Institutions (KNK)

At the general assembly in autumn 2021, the members of the KNK elected a new spokesperson tandem: Dr Ulrike Lorenz, president of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar and Prof. Dr Christoph Martin Vogtherr, general director of the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg. 

The spokespersons have been tasked to initiate a process of transformation which will create a platform for cultural beacons throughout Germany on the basis of a jointly defined strategy and newly developed mission statement.
